Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome members and guests as they arrive.
• Distribute name tags and assist with check-in.
• Answer questions and provide information to new or potential members.
• Help foster an inviting and inclusive atmosphere.

Ideal for: Friendly, outgoing members who love meeting new people and making others feel comfortable.

Connecting community businesses with our mission.

Responsibilities:

• Solicit local businesses to sponsor meetings by providing refreshments (wine, water, snacks, etc.).
• Coordinate with sponsors to ensure they are prepared and have the opportunity to present their business during meetings.
• Assist sponsors with setup before meetings.
• Maintain communication with sponsors and express gratitude for their support.

Ideal for: Members with strong community connections or those who enjoy networking and event planning.

Ensuring donations are collected and delivered efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Collect donation checks from members during meetings.
• Follow up with members who were unable to attend to collect their contributions.
• Present the consolidated donation to the winning charity.

Ideal for: Organized and dependable members who value precision and accountability.

Managing charity nominations and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Contact the three selected charities before each meeting.
• Collect and verify necessary information (Name, Mission Statement, Tax ID, etc.).
• Ensure charities are prepared for their presentations.
• Coordinate with charities post-meeting to follow up on how funds were used.

Ideal for: Members who are detail-oriented and passionate about supporting local organizations.
